Description
Emily Furr is an oil painter based in Charleston, South Carolina. She studied painting and drawing at Winthrop University, where she earned her BFA, and earned her Master of Fine Arts from UNCG in 2020.Emily is a full time artist and loves what she does.
‘Little Stripes’: This was such a fun body of work to create. I started with painting the striped frames. I let myself be inspired by the size, shapes, and colors in the frames to figure out what I wanted to paint to go inside of each one.
