Description
Mammoth Cave is the longest cave system in the world measuring at over 400 surveyed miles. Although no evidence of actual woolly mammoths have been found in the cave, mummified remains of Native Americans have been found in various parts of the system, and there’s evidence of human exploration dating back six thousand years.
This t-shirt has an awesome graphic of the cave as well as a quote from one of the original guides, Stephen Bishop, who remarked the cave was “grand, gloomy, and peculiar.”
