skirt has an elastic waist that has two straps to tie in a bow.  It is black with eye-catching, traditional mud print designs in orange.  It has two convenient pockets.  Comes with a matching headwrap.  The elastic waist measures 30” flat and will stretch up to 50”.  The skirt is 29” in length.  Made in India of 100% cotton.
