This Hobby Master diecast metal model represents a tropicalized Spitfire Mk.Vb, assigned to RAF No.92 Sqn. in 1943. This aircraft was the personal mount of fighter ace, Squadron Leader Neville Duke. Duke was credited with bringing down 27 enemy aircraft. Following the war he became a highly regarded test pilot with Hawker Aircraft.
